I have seen an item that I would like - how do I buy it?

Just click the 'Buy Now' button against the item and you will be taken to the Paypal payments page - just follow the Paypal instructions to purchase the item. Click the (More Details) button against the item you would like and this will take you to the item details page for a larger photo and a more detailed description. Check the details again and when happy, click the (Buy Now) button which takes you to PayPal. See FAQ's below if you want to pay buy cheque/postal order/cash.

What is PayPal?

Paypal is a secure and safe method of purchasing via the Internet. Put simply, it acts as a go-between transferring monies between from buyers Paypal accounts funded by their bank accounts or credit cards to sellers Paypal accounts.

I do not have a PayPal account - how do I set one up?

Two ways - either go to Paypal.com and follow the links to create a new account, or click on the (Buy Now) button and PayPal will ask you to set up an account before proceeding. Tip - best to create a PayPal account anyway if you do shopping on the Internet, as when we set our account up we found it was not created instantly. After you enter your details, a transaction is sent to the credit card you have nominated to use - on this is a code which you have to enter back into PayPal before the account is activated and this took about three days for us. But, on saying this, when I tested the site, Paypal allowed me to create a new account and pay for an item instantly without any checks - see how it works for you.

I want to pay by Cheque/Postal Order/Cash - what do I do next?

First E-mail us using any of the Contact links on the site. Tell us the item code and description you would like and include your name, address, telephone and e-mail address - we will then update the item to sold and wait for your payment to reach us by post. How Do I Pay For An Item?

When you have decided on one of our items, the next step for payment is very easy. This shop has been designed to use Paypal, the on-line facility for payment by credit card. On receipt of payment, the following will happen :- By PayPal - The item will be posted next working day. By Cheque - Please allow 5 working days for the payment to clear before the item is posted. By Postal Order or Cash (at your own risk) - The item will be posted within next working day after receiving payment.

What About Postage?

How Many Ways To Pay Are There?

All postage is Free to the UK, Europe and Rest Of World. All items purchased with a 24 hour time period will be mailed in a single package. Please Contact Us if you wish to buy over a number of days and we will postpone sending the goods out until you have completed your purchases. How to Pay Send your payment to Collectables South Ltd at the address on the E-mail that you will receive on reserving an item. Please also send a note of the reference number (please put on back of cheque/postal order as well), your name, the address the item is to be sent to, and your telephone number so we may contact you in the event of any problems. If you wish to pay cash in US dollars or Euros please E-mail us first for the price in that currency as exchange rates tend to change on a daily basis. Cheque:-We can only accept cheques drawn on UK banks and in pounds sterling. Please make your cheque payable to Collectables South Ltd. Cheques must be cleared before despatch of items. Cash:-Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euro's. Notes only, and please note that cash is sent at your risk. We recommend recorded delivery if you do want to send notes. What Is Your Returns Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy owning one of our items. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please repack it carefully in it's original packaging and return it to us within 10 days of receipt. Provided the item is in the same condition as supplied we will give a full refund of the purchase price including original postage & packaging.

Can I Exchange An Item or Place a Special Request?

We always aim to have as large a stock of collectable items and try to keep the site as up to date as possible with all our latest stock.
